Egon Heiss

Chef Egon Heiss is one of the shooting stars of Italy’s gourmet scene: After graduating his apprenticeship with an award he went directly into the star-awarded kitchens of London with a short stop-over in Prague. In Anton Mosimann’s Private Dining Club and Gordon Ramseys restaurants he brought his haute-cuisine skills to perfection. With the international haute-cuisine experiences band together with the love for his home, the famers and the South Tyrolean nature Egon now creates distinctive and unique dishes: Extraordinary but yet with a simple and explicit taste. Also the the Guide Michelin agrees and awarded Egon with a star in 2014.

Gregor Wenter

Gregor Wenter, who came to fame as a TV-chef on RAI1, dedicates himself with distinctive humour and competence to the service and the wine cellar. In 2005 Gregor was awarded by the "Premio Caseus", which is one of the most important cheese-awards in Italy. In 2010 the entry in the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers followed according to his merits of the natural product "cheese". Since then Gregor is named as a „Confrère de la Confrérie de Saint-Uguzon" (chevalier of cheese). Besides the Bad Schörgau was proudly awarded by the South Tyrolean wine award in 2010.
